Diet
Chris' diet consist of 5 meals that are evenly spaced throughout the day. Meals 1, 3, and 4 are made up of high protein, moderate carbohydrates, and low fat. For example, meal 4 is 8 ounces of lean meat (usually fish), 1 small yam, and 1 cup of steamed vegetables. Meals 2 and 5 are Shocker Nutrition's Lean Protein MPR. Lean Protein MPR is a high quality protein drink with low carbohydrate and fat content.

Training
Weight lifting is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Cardio work is done on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Chris follows a high-intesity workout routine.
Results
Chris earned 2nd place in the Men's Professional division of the ABA/INBA/PNBA Mid Western USA Bodybuilding Competition. He attributes is success to combination of diet, training and utilization of proper supplementation.
